RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase from Just Do You Babe Creations. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at justdoyoubabecreations@gmail.com to request a return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT
Some of our boutique items are fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Because return instructions and return locations may vary depending on the item, please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for where and how to return your item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
